These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and products. Picaso Nail Lab reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book any service.

• Appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Appointment rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance via your client account or by contacting us directly.

• All product sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence sent to PicasoNaiLLab@gmail.com.

All prices listed are in USD. Picaso Nail Lab reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with or without notice.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Picaso Nail Lab is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
