We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

Order Issues

  • Picaso Nail Lab is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at PicasoNaiLLab@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items.

  • We do not refund shipping fees on returned or refused packages.
