All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Services

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit.

  • In the rare case that we must cancel your appointment, your deposit may be refunded or applied to a future booking.

Products

  • All product sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • To report a damaged or incorrect item, please email PicasoNaiLLab@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
